Know if your retreat makes money before you book the venue.
Amoenia is planning software for independent retreat organizers: your budget, your break-even, your guests and their payments in one place. Built around the numbers that actually decide it: occupancy, deposits, price.

Most retreat advice stops at inspiration.
It tells you to find your why, then leaves you alone with a spreadsheet and a deposit deadline. Amoenia does the numbers, from the first budget to the last balance paid.

Reasonable questions
Including the one you’re actually thinking.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. Your first retreat is free, with every feature: budget, break-even, guests and payments. You sign in with Google, no card needed. Pro is for when you plan more than one retreat.
How much is Pro?
19 € a month, or 119 € a year (48% less). Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout depending on where you are. Pro gives unlimited retreats and the full dashboard.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from the app (Plan, then Manage subscription). You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and your retreats stay in your account.
How do payments work?
Through Stripe. Your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record, which handles the payment, the VAT, receipts and invoices. We never see your card number.
Who is this for?
Independent organizers running yoga, wellness, meditation, creative and fitness retreats, from a first eight-person weekend to a fully booked week abroad. Not marketplaces, not tour operators, and not people looking for a retreat to attend.
What happens to my data and my guests’ data?
It is stored on our servers in the European Union, never sold and never used for advertising. Your guests’ details are yours: we only keep them to run the app for you. The details are in the privacy policy.

The details that decide it
The name
Amoenia — /əˈmoʊniə/, from the Latin locus amoenus.
A good name for a retreat company and a slightly ironic one for a logistics company. We picked it anyway. Someone has to handle the part that makes the pleasant place possible.
Locus amoenus — the pleasant place. In Latin literature, the clearing where the story pauses and something restorative happens.
